  1. Don't eat meat but act in a pretentious, judgmental manner towards people that do eat meat.

After five years of honing this skill join PETA and spray paint people's fur coats along Madison Ave. in Manhattan.

  2. I was afraid of how do I do this?  upon reading about the cruelty of the slaughter houses.  The way to help is in the book "consumers rule"  If you quit buying it they will stop it.

They have many really good vegetarian products out there now and they nuke in 30 seconds in the microwave.

Buy in the frozen food section "Boca Burgers"  They are my mainstay.  I eat hamburgers and french fries and substitude the artificial meat.  That also makes Tacos, spaghetti and ravolies and other foods I ate before.

It was a real learning experience I had to learn to cook.  Got a pasta maker to be able to make my own ravolies and other favority dishes useing artificial meat.

I love mexican food and make my own beans and rice and bean dip, using ranch dressing.  Learn to love Salsa and it goes well with the fake meats.  But the best part if I take a sandwitch it looks like real meat.  When they had a party of hot dogs.  I brought smart dogs and my friends soaked them in BBQ sauce for flavor.  No one knows and no explaining.

Morning star farms has fried chicken patties and I fry them along with mashed potatoes and cream gravy using soy milk.

I eat cereal with soy milk, pancakes and french toast, just leave off the bacon and sausage.

When we go out I order the waffles with strawberries and whipped cream and then say meat doesn't go well with this.

I know they contain milk but it is a very small amount.

Another side effect of all this I lost weight after having a weight problem.  I do eat a lot of vegetables and stir fry.

Start with a little olive oil, chopped onions and peppers and other vegetables.  Like zucchini squash and tomatoes and add a little of the grandular fake hamburger.  Had company and no one knew.  Use three bean salad on top of salad greens [garbanzos, red kidney beans, green beans]

Then put Italian dressing on and let it set over night.

  3. necome a pescetarian

  4. go to meat.org and it will TOTALLY change your mind about the meat you eat! ever since i watched it, im a vegetarian and its great!

  5. A very good cook, vegetarian made us lunch.  She used a grammian cracker crust and blended with Banana pudding mix a box of soft tofu.  Poured it over the bananas and covered the pie with whipped cream.

    topped with nuts.

Was delicious but I thought it wasn't a very good lunch until she pointed out the amount of protein, calcium and good stuff in the pie.  Using non fat milk and lite cool whip said it was actually very healthy.  Sure was good.

And I hate tofu, the bananas kill the taste, all I could taste was bananas.  She whipped up the milk and tofu in a blender before adding to the mix in the mixer.

  6. pesceterian, they're called.

Just cut out meat simple, thats what i did. (fish too for me) but if you want to just eat fish thats fine. its very healthy.

buy Quorn; its cheap and easy to make, and tasty lol. :D

  7. go to peta.com that will help you=^..^=

  8. thats awesome you wanna be a vegetarian! here are some things that are microwaveable.

    1. Anything morning star- target and wallmart

    2. yogurt- anywhere

    3. mac and chesse :D

  9. im a pescatarian (i think thats what theyre calling it) but im still becoming more strict about how my seafood is killed. humanely is preferable lol

im 18 and i stopped eating meat (everything except seafood: mammals, birds, etc.) about 9 years ago. i think i saw a music video where they showed a clip of these chicks about to be killed. i was very young so i  dont remember exactly if that was what it was but ive always been a radical kind of person who thinks every bit makes a difference lol so i just stopped eating it and thought of pigs chickens and cows being slaughtered as well as the environmental strain of grazing and such things (i was a smart little cookie). i recently started eating this egg substitute (called Better 'n Eggs lol) that isnt only healthier than regular eggs but the company follows the husbandry guidelines to treating their chickens properly and humanely. you would be surprised to learn how those poor chickens are sometimes treated. sometimes theyre kept caged very tightly to the point of suffocation and drowning in f***s. its disgusting. PETA  has definitely helped as well with me exposing my friends to awareness of animal cruelty. theyve made small changes and question things more before purchasing now (with clothes as well. thats another biggie with me ). even though i know not everyone can stop eating meat im really proud of them. anyway i know PETA isnt a perfect organization but its definitely the best of its kind in educating  the widest audience of animal lovers and appealing to different groups with covering celebrities who are just as compassionate.

oh god im rambling. okay there are lots of other products to help you. try different kinds of tofu, Smart products (i LOVE Smart Bacon), Boca products are also amazing! I love boca burgers, boca italian sausages (um can you say "addicted"?), ground beef, etc. there are so many soy products out there that substitute almost every kind of meat available. Morning Star is another great one. im not big on certain things in their lines but i do like their breakfast links and ground soy crumbles (ground "beef"). you should try going to stores like Whole Foods and Safeway. Whole Foods is like vegetarian heaven lol a bit pricey but yeah.

Theres this line called Amys Entrees (microwave meals) and most of their things are organic and all the ones i get aer vegetarian. Kashi has good stuff but only like two meatless entrees. Boca has really good pizzas. Basically you could get any kind of microwavable meal or whatever if thats what youre into as long as it has no meat.

you should definitely get used to cooking for yourself if you arent already. it makes being a vegetarian or pescatarian what have you MUCH easier.
