do you mean wild animals like bears or dogs?

in australia i volunteer for the RSPCA which is mainly pet animals. I didn't need any qualifications, i only had a dog which helped me get in, but they train you when you come.

I know again in melbourne there was an actual wildlife care volunteer organisation i wanted to try for except it was too far away from me.  However that one needed no requirements they trained you.  

However i don't know where you live, but type in your city and animal volunteering in google and find out
