How do i become an foreign exchange student?

like what are the requirments? i really want to go to United Kingdom , New Zealand, Canada, italy, France,Germany, or India.

and what programs do you go through to become a exchange student?

please help links would help me too. any tips anything about it will help

The best place to start is at your school. Most universities have an international department that deals with that. If you're still in grade school, you can ask to see if they offer any foreign exchange programs... and if not then try to search out programs on your own using the internet. But I'd 1st start by asking around at your school or university.
