independent... that would be stupid b/c you will get put on the canvass if you try to train yourself

as for becoming an amateur boxer you need to register with USA Boxing and find a registered gym in your area to train in. when you are ready your trainer will find you fights.

well you need to get in close with a gym so that you can call and let them tell you about all the upcoming tornaments you will need someone to wrap your hands and corner you and you can just show up at the fights at weigh in
