I could give you ideas if you want to become an American citizen. I'm not sure about the naturalization process in France or in Canada. I know you have to have a relative, like parents or fiance to petition you to come here. If that won't work, an employer from the US who would petition you for a working visa. I think the easiest way is to marry an American citizen. I'm not sure how long is the nauralization process. I know you have to take a citizenship test of some sort to prove that you can comprehend the language and would show your loyalty. So I advise you to marry a French or Canadian citizen.
