How do i become manager at mcdonalds?

i am 17...i have been there for 2-3 months..and i have learned front line/lobby for breakfast and lunch, grill for lunch, and closing for grill and front line/lobby...am i doing a good job? i want to become manager, how do i achive that?

why not speak with your current supervisor or manager about the steps and process to achieve the manager position. thats what they are for.

I've worked there for a little over a year and I'm going to get promoted to Crew Trainer at some point. I know everything from drive thru to grill.

At my store, it takes anywhere from 1-2 years to hit crew trainer, and you still have to go through being a team leader, then a shift manager.

Looking at my managers, some have achieved that in as little as 3 years, others took a little longer. It depends on your work ethic and how good you are at your job.

But please, dont stay there past your 20s :) thats when it starts getting sad. I'm 17 too and at our age its ok to be a mcslave, but once you hit 25 or so it gets sad. I have a manager who is at least 60 and shes worked at the same store for 20 years :X
