How do i become more explosive?

im already alittle fast. i just want to more explosive and faster. what exercises should i do? also do you track runners recommend racing/running with boxing shoes?

  1. Boxing shoes are just gonna kill your ankles (it's not really healthy for them). If you can go to the beach and run on the sand, or go running with a backpack full of weight on. you can also try to put a rope around your waste and have the other end on sandbags or a tire and run like that...that will definitely make you real explosive.   2. practice exploding off the blocks.  use spikes instead of boxing shoes, but make sure to get the right kinds (for sprinting events).  try also doing calf exercises, since sprinting uses the calves the most.  but don't forget to build up your quads and hips.  stretching and becoming more flexible will help greatly too.

Stupid question dumbass of course they do what else you think they do put on there boxing shoes and run dipshit i didnt know white people can run fast cough cough slow i mean and you guys cant fight becuase youll get knock the **** out Dannybitch pick a different sport something baseball boxing is a mean sport its knot for b*****s like u.

  4. If you are looking to be a sprinter, which I am assuming because you want to be explosive, it is all about weight training and running form, breathing right. If  you are on a track team or a running club talk to  your coach. Sprinting uses all muscle groups, you will only be as good as your body is conditioned.
