How do i become more flexible for cheer?

I beginning college cheer but i won't make unless my flexibilty is up to speed. i need help! i have a whole entire year what strectches can i do daily to improve?

  1. This may look odd. But to get your toe touches better and to be more flexible in that area sit down facing the wall and put your but up to the wall and straddle your legs as hard as you can on the wall. It makes a big difference. Also sit in a different split for a commercial brake or something while you are watching TV. And if you are working on jumps or anything don't even touch a trampoline. My tramp ruined my toe touch.
