How do i become part of the disney cast and crew at Disney World?

Ive always enjoyed it and i think maybe its something i want to do as a career. Whether i go to college or just pack my **** and go now.

Apply/audition. Actually I know someone who felt the same way you do and got a job there, but it didn't last long because he said it wasn't anything like he'd expected and it kind of ruined it for him. Just something to consider. Really getting behind the scenes of any public oriented facility ruins the facade.
