How do i become quicker for basketball?

  1. Run miles. Bear Crawls, Crab Crawls. Jump Rope.


  2. train with weight like ankle weights and heavy clothing. then when you take it off to play youll be faster

Ive been playing basketball since i was 8..and I am now a senior and ive been a starter for a while now..basketball is a tuff but fun sport...heres how you become quicker,jump rope helps with your shot due to you jump while shooting,running sucicides helps with speed and balance(its were u run to each line and run back and continue the whole way up the court) and running while you dribble will help amazingly (keep head up though) just feet work drills lots of those, you will be surprised how fast you will become..any questions or dont get sumin I GOT ANSWERS:]

  5. You need alot of stretching everyday. Gain a robust amount of stamina for your body. And most importantly train your brain and your eyesight to reapond quickly in every ball movement. I'm the MVP of our town back when I was a teenager, and I learn it from our coach who transform me from a lame shooter waiting for the ball to a fast point guard who has a great stealer as well as a great rebounder from big guys hand (ball anticipation)
