How do i become quicker??

like Leandro Barbosa for example..i REALLY want to be quicker..

im pretty fast as it is but i want to be faster.

wear some PF FLYERS!!!. it helped the kid in the movie the sandlot lol..

if u want to be quik u have to have stamina so i wud sugest jump roping but not like a 3 year old does but like a boxer foot by foot n try to go faster n dont give up
