How do i become super skinny?

I'm a waist 32

and want to become a waist 28

i have short legs and a long body :(

my reason for this is want to become skinny is because im sick of seing all these other male teens in skinny jeans and looking great

when i cant because of my tree trunk legs :(

  1. Eat lots of Apples and bananas, drink more water. Eat lean poultry and fish. Avoid all sweetened beverages, including sodas, diet sodas, OJ and all juices. drink only non fat milk with organic cereal. and do lots of pushups and buy a digital scale and weight yourself every morning to keep track of your weight.


  2. Unfortunately, males and females are not comfortable with their looks. You are still in the growing stage and probably are taking after one or both of your parents. At this point in your life you don't have much choice regarding your body type. It's very simple, really. Just be who you are. Comparing yourself to others, is like comparing apples to oranges. Feeling inadequate because of something you can't change is like beating your head against a brick wall. It is non productive and not going to make anything better.

    Wanting to be healthier, now that's a productive start to a happier life.

    To start with take it easy on yourself and give yourself a break. Try to look at it this way. Some body who's skinny is secretly wishing that they could be more thick in the body. A lot of people are dis satisfied with the way they look.

    Try to eat better food. More variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and less junk. Drink more purified water and exercise and have fun. Life is supposed to be enjoyable. Be happy. Take care of the you inside, as well as the you on the outside. Be fit and healthy and stop judging yourself and everyone else.

    And if you're taking a bit of teasing, don't take it personally. Sometimes we must laugh at our selves. It shows a great deal of character and a positive outlook. Good luck and be good to yourself.

  3. I lost about 35 pounds in two and a half months by only eating one carb meal once every 4 days and doing at least 30 minutes of cardio every day. The carb dieting is easy, most lunhmeat and cheese products don't contain many carbs as that's what I had on days when I did not eat carbs. Just stick with it and your waist size will go down fast!

    #2 - you should not lose weight because OTHER people are skinny, you should only lose weight if YOU are overweight.

    These are the general guidelines:

    Underweight = <18.5

    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

    Overweight = 25-29.9

    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    And overweight is not the same as fat, just as underweight Is not the same as thin. The BMI will tell you if you’re overweight – or underweight. An honest look in the mirror will tell you if you’re fat – or thin.

    If you DO decide to lose weight, there's no quick and easy way. If there was, everybody would know about it and use it, and the inventor would be rich.

    Avoid fasts, fad diets, crash diets, diet pills, internet bargains and the like. They won't help you, and could very well hurt you.

    Weight loss is achieved when you burn more calories than you consume... so if you eat less and sit around, you won't lose weight.

    You need a combination of healthy diet and reasonable exercise to stay in shape.

    And there's no such thing as "permanently" You can always gain weight back by tilting the equation the other way. If you want to keep weight off, you need to keep eating healthy and exercising.

    High protein, low fat, minimal good carbs, and sugar-free liquids to keep you from getting dehydrated.
