More detail is needed to answer your question. If you set up your own domain, then you are already in "control" of it making you the "master".

Master being administrator or root in this case.

Get a copy of Windows 2003  Server.  Download a free virtualization program like VMWare Server or Virtual Box

Create 2 Virtual PCs running Windows XP

Make your Win2K3 Server a Domain Controller

Make yourself the domain admin

Add the 2 virtual PCs to the domain

VOILA!  you are a master of your domain.

Elapsed time: 5 hours (mostly install times)

TIP: After you get XP on PC1, copy its virtual harddrive and rename it to save time installing XP on the 2nd PC.

The nice thing about this.. you can be a master of a domain with only 1 physical PC.
