How do i bleed my upsidedown forks on my yzf250 2003?

i took the s***w out of the top of the forks where the push button bleeders were meant to go but nothing happened ????? how do i get the pressure out of them

  1. You need to buy the service manual, this is definitely not a procedure for the unaided Amateur to tackle. I have seen setups that let you change fluid out at the bottom, so you don't need tp replace all the seals, just the fluid. Assuming you seals are good.


  2. you did it right.  nothing really happens, if there's a lot of air build up you may hear air leak out but thats about it.

    edit: tinker, i don't think he's talking about changing the fluid, just bleeding the air pressure out the top of the forks.  you simply remove the s***w and put it pack in.

    doesn't change the fact that any rider worth his weight in wrenches has a factory manual for their bike though
