  1. strongly recommend NetDog : http://www.netdogsoft.com , it's easy, just add the website to "Always blocked website list" in NetDogAdmin.exe, none will be able to open it. Also you can set a password for NetDogAdmin.exe


  2. you can block manually from host file

    this host file is located (if you're using windows):

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\driver\etc\

    and this file doesn't have any extension .. just click it open with notepad... after that, in the last line, you write :

    x                        127.0.0.1

    change x with blocked website
