How do i blurr a face in in a video in sony vegas??

i want to upload a video but i want to blurr i face how do i do it in sony vegas 8.0???or which program do i used??

sorry for not a clear answer but the only way i can tell you right now is to duplicating the layers and adding a blur effect on the overall layer and creating a mask on it. make a mask in the overall layer and move it by using key frames.

sorry the clear answer takes too much time to tell.
