Never in my life, have I slept around 2 to 4am in the morning, even in the summer, and now thats become the norm. and because of thios i've been eaking up at times close to 2pm. I don't like this very much, esp. cuz i'm missing most of my day. I want to get back to going to sleep at aleast latest 12;30 (if i try that these days its impossible to fall asleep at this time). and also waking up before noon.
How do i break this habit without totally exhausting myself?
