How do i break my bad sleeping habits?

Never in my life, have I slept around 2 to 4am in the morning, even in the summer, and now thats become the norm. and because of thios i've been eaking up at times close to 2pm. I don't like this very much, esp. cuz i'm missing most of my day. I want to get back to going to sleep at aleast latest 12;30 (if i try that these days its impossible to fall asleep at this time). and also waking up before noon.

How do i break this habit without totally exhausting myself?

  1. you can try to fix it by sleeping 15 mins to 30 mins earlier each day.  if it doesn't help, I have a surefire way that works for me.  don't sleep one night, and be prepared to avoid falling asleep during the day with food and drinks. by night time you'll be exhausted and go to bed at the time you want your new sleep time at. you'll fall asleep right away and next day, you will feel sleepy at the same time if you don't sleep during the day.

    be careful.  if you don't sleep on time for long the next day, you can get sick.  oversleep the day before you try this.
