How do i break my board?

this is the board GAMES section ya know...

anyway get something to support either side of the board then find someting hard enough(as well as someone strng enough if you're not as well built) to hit it the the middle. if it still doesn't work use a saw or something...

To break a board, you place the board on either a board holder or you have someone hold it for you tightly. Make sure that before you break, the board is below your waist rather than at or above waist level. Then line up your fist a few times to the board. Have your hand in as tight a fist as you can. You want to hit the board with the padded part on the side of your hand rather than your wrist or fingers. Once you've decided that your form looks good and you are ready to break, slam your fist down as hard as you can, keeping it tight and aiming to make your hand reach the other side of the board once you get through.

I would recommend joining a martial arts class, as you will be better taught there on the proper and safe way to break boards, but the above info should help. Happy breaking!
