How do i broadcast live from my video camera?

i was wondering if i could hook something up to my samsung video camera for it to be able to broadcast to my computer or tv

like in disturbia when ronnie goes into turners garage

I take it that you want to use it as a webcam?? You would use a USB cable to stream. Check the Samsung support site for your camera model for further information.....

if your computer has enough grunt you could use a firewire cable to connect into your editing software (NLE) and record live.

final cut can do this but im not sure about movie maker or imovie. you might need a larger more powerful NLE to make this happen tho.

check your specs for the computer and software.
