Freecycle doesn't work like that.

Unlike ebay where you'd browse items by category, with freecycle it's up to members of a particular local group what gets offered. Once messages have been posted, people can respond to them straight away, so although there is a message archive, you wouldn't use it for 'browsing'.

On freecycle cars don't come up that often!

Freecycle offers are all made by people who want to give away stuff they no longer use rather than see it go to a landfill site. And cars very rarely come into that category.
