  1. didnt you do "G" test to your wings after build them?probably your construction is so weak and cant carry you..true construction and metarial is important. after build your wings, check it how much g they can carry.and do some g  calculations.

Max take of weight  / max weight your wings can carry at ground test = "G"  that your wings can take in flight.

  2. Sounds like you need to start over with the basics of aeronautical engineering and structural design.  A trip to the library is a good starting place, and you will probably want to take some courses in the engineering disciplines before attempting to design a real airplane.

Also, the Experimental Aircraft Association may be able to help you.  Try http://www.eaa.org.

  3. engineering wise is very critical, when it come to aviation, what material were you using?

  4. Sounds like your spar isn't big enough.  Typically the wing is made up of a main spar at the 1/4 chord and a rear spar around the 3/4 chord.  Make sure you have enough ribs also.  1 about every 2 ft should be good.  The main spar and rear spar are usually shapped like an I-beam with a torque box between them or 2 C-chanels.  You need to elaborate more on your materials for better info.

  5. I recommend you get a copy of "Stress Without Tears" by Tom Rhodes.  This is a primer on airplane design for non-engineers.  You can find the book on Amazon or Aircraft Spruce (see link below).

    Hope this helps.
