How do i buy an anytime anywhere plane ticket for a minor?

im stationed in KW and miss my little sis. i'd like to get it for her as a gift but i dont know how to get such an open ended ticket like that.HELP

Open tickets are the most expensive tickets that you can buy. Discount fares require that you set your flights and dates at the time of purchase. Otherwise, you pay full price. You will be shocked at the difference.

My suggestion is that you simply tell your sister that you want to buy her the ticket as a gift and work out the dates with her. Then, buy the ticket.

If you still want to buy an open ticket, then you'll have to purchase it from the airline or a travel agent. You can't buy them online. Depending on your sister's age, the airline may also require parental permission and an extra charge for an unaccompanied minor. Call the airline or check the website for details.
