I found an attorney that aquires property from people not paying their property taxes. then he buys them and re-sales and gives a owners title policy. i want to do that but skip having the $20k mark up in price nor the attorney fee. How can i do this? i have found online sites but they are free trail and i those things always end up being a waste of time.

  1. You can contact your county courthouse periodically and see if they’re having a tax sale.

  2. why do you want to buy them and NOT mark them up? What's the point of doing it if you aren't going to make any money? - you better pay for a title search and a house inspection at least or you could get burned if, later on, some unknown liens show up against the property, plus when you sell, you will still have normal closing costs that you(the seller) will have to pay at least part of - like Real estate transfer taxes, unpaid utilities like water, sewer and trash and possibly real estate taxes not part of the deal in the first place. If you don;t get the house inspected and something big later shows up, you might not be able to sell it without spending money (maybe a lot) to fix the problem(s) - no different than a normal house buying process
