First you place a bid on the item you want to buy put the item on your watch list so you can check who else is bidding on that item if you want to win it you may need to bid during the last few seconds.  Check also how the seller wants to be paid before you bid You may be able to send a cheque  or postal order or pay by pay pal. Of course you will also need to make sure the seller will post the item to Malaysia. You will need to register with pay pal of course it is easy enough just follow the instructions. It is much easier to pay with pay pal especially if you are bidding on an item in another country.Good luck
