As long as the Seller of that auction accepts Paypal payments it's pretty easy to set up. Just go to www.paypal.com and following the directions.  Your Paypal acct. is usually connected to either a checking account or credit card.  At the end of an auction you just click on the Paypal link in that auction and sign into your account, follow the instructions and you'll receive a receipt from Paypal as well as the Seller that they received the funds.

If you already have set up an account with paypal and added a bank account or credit card all you have to do is win the item click pay now and it promts you to pay with a paypal account which you then add on and it stays attached to your ebay account super easy and great time saver!

you set up a pay-pal account attached with a credit card or a bank account, its easy step by step, when you win or quick by, you press pay with pay-pal, it takes you to your pay-pal account and pays through that account, it takes the money off your credit card or out of your checking account. i use it alot, christmas was great shopping with ebay express.
