How do i calculate elastic extension?

of a certain steel (alloy). is there a formula for this. all i have is a graph

Extension means stretching in the axial direction.

E is the slope of the stress/strain curve. Note that steel and stainless are quite close to 30,000,000 psi. E for range of steels:
