How do i calculate my bar inventory?

write  it  all  down  and  find  out   what  sells  

   the  most  weekly. and  keep  track.

to start, you manually count it.

ongoing, use that number as the base and add purchases and subtract sales from your receipts

aside from loss, etc., you will have a very good idea of on hand inventory at any given time.
