How do i call someone from my phone and want it to show up with a different number?

i know you can do it

my brothers did it

like where they used the house phone to call my cell phone but on my cell phone the number that came up was my sisters number

im not talkin bout *67

that blocks your number

i mean you can call somebody on one phone and make a different # show up so they think its someone else calling

my brothers wont tell me how to do it

so please help

it's a setting on the phone. you change the line number. I never did it, because i was always scared that it cost extra money to do it.
