How do i cancel a group im in?

Do you mean delete the group or unsubscribe yourself from the group? To unsubscribe you just send an email to the group - [e-mail].

To cancel a group you own you go to your homepage and click on management on the left. Once there the second thing on the right says "Delete Group". Click the delete button.
