If you are talking about the "paid for" service, you can contact the Yahoo American Greetings membership support center by calling  their toll free number:  1-866-228-2434, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. EST and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST on Saturday.
