How do i cancel an order echeck from paypal?

i ordered sunglasses, but now i dont want them how do i cancel the order it's pending threw paypal, but i cant find anywhere on paypal where it says to cancel the echeck can someone direct me please

contact the seller and paypal immediately, to see if you can stop the order, if not see what the return policy is and follow that to get your refund,,
