How do i care for a terrapin?

Question

I need to know how you care for terrapins, but most of all i need to know how you transport them from the pet shop my house... ya know, so i dont end up getting there and then not being able to actually get it home, so yea i need to know its diet, how to handle it, so on so on... THANKKKKKSSS
