  1. night crawler work

  2. Use shiners or minnows fished on the bottom. If you have big shiners cut them in half and place the chunk on a circle hook and cast it out. Remember to always cast in the same area as the scent draws in the fish. Tight lines.

  3. i don't know that much about bullhead. cat fish i would see what kind of fish are in your pond and most likely that is what they are feeding on. most ponds have bluegills(brim) that is a catfish number one bait in a pond. i myself like to use shad, chubs, and goldfish, but dead bait is good to so don't throw your bait away when it dies, just make sure you cut it at an angle behind the eyes because catfish go after the eyes.

  4. can of corn, put 5 or 6 pieces on your hook. stink bait , blood bait, liver from the store.

  5. For bullhead, depending on how deep the pond is I usually use a couple small hot dog pieces on a hook 1-2 feet off a bobber.I've had about the same luck with this fishing off the bottom for them too. They will also bite corn.I put a few pieces on a size 2,4 or 6 J hook.

  6. show up!!   they usually bite on most common baits worms, minnows and cut bait..cut up a bluegill and use a big piece for the cats...sticks to the worms for the bullhead...or crayfish for both...

  7. 1st of all, never use corn for bait! Most of the time its stolen prior to setting the hook and fish, as well as us cant actually digest it and kills them.

Now for the cats: As said before me use natural bait associated with the water body that you are fishing. You will catch small to medium size on dead or stinkbait. If you want the monsters you need live bait.

  8. chicken liver on the bottom. chicken blood is a better bait but takes talent to properly cure.
