First u have to beat all 3 commanders at the lakes once u beat the 1 at lake Acuity, then go to veilstone city and go through the galactic hq. and beat the boss cyrus who has a murkrow lvl 40 and a golbat lvl 40 and a sneasal lvl 43 (use a eletric 4 the 1st 2 then a fire or fighting 4 the last 1) then go through the portal to ur right u have to face saturn again with a kadbra lvl 38, Bronzor lvl 38, and a toxicroak lvl 40 (use a dark for the 1st and second or a fighting 4 the second and a pychic 4 the last to do quadropal damag to toxicroak) then fly to Oreburgh city (while ur there get strong pokemon that can use surf and rock climb, also train pokemon to at least a lvl 45-50) once u get to the cave go up and surf acroos the water to the other side then go to the part where u can use rock climb then go though the stairs and then go up and go left then down then go up until u each the bridge then go left then down then right then up then go across the other bridge then go under that bridge an u will each a destroyed hole in the wall go through that room then go up and u will meet 2 grunts (seperate battles) once outside go roght then go up (the stairs) then use rock climb ONCE (the other way leads u to a grass field to recieve an item, don't know what kind) then go right if u have the move strength it will be easier if u dont go through the stairs and go through the grass then go inside the cave go straight then use rock climb again go straight u will c a grunt then go right u will find another grunt then go down the stairs then keep going right ou the cave then go down the stairs and go up once u reach go up the RIGHT 1 and if u have strenght push the boulder andit will be easierif u dont go left once u run ito the wall face down u will find a item then go up then left and downinto the cave go down then left and go through the stairs and then go down u will have to face 2 grunts (seperate) then go up and u will face 1 more grunt then go througth the hole then u will have a double battle with the last 2 grunts then heal up and save the game then go up and u will be stoped by the commanders Mars and Jupitor in a double battle but dont worry u will be helped by ur rival u will face 2 bronzors lvl 41 and 2 golbats 1 lvl 41 and the other lvl 42 and u will face a purlgy lvl 45 and a skunktank lvl 46 ur partner will first use munchlax then strapator, then ponyta and he should't use anymore that should finish after the battle he will heal ur pokemon then u face cyrus again right after that he will use honchrow lvl 45, crobat lvl 46, gyrados lvl 45, and weavile lvl 48 (u should have a luxray with thunder crunch attack) then save the game make sure u have alot of ultra balls and dont use the master ball on palkia use thunder attacks since its part water and get it to red very low where u can barely c it then just start chucking ultra balls until u got it. (u want to save the master ball 4 mesprit since it will run away every time u c it) and thats how u catch and find Palkia. Hope this helps!
