  1. For  years  someone  had  been  harassing  my  aged  Mom;  she  lived  alone  and  far  away.  When  she  passed  away,  I  came  down  to  take  care  of  some  of  her  business  and  discovered  that  the person  who'd  been  harassing  her  all  those  years  was  the  old  guy  who  cut  her  grass.  Seems  he'd  also  been  doing  the  same  thing  with  other  widows  'n  divorces  in  the  area.  Since  he  cut  their  grass,  he  had  a  reasonable  explanation  for  any  of  his  fingerprints  found  there.  He  was  a  retired  officer  from  the  military  and  upon  retirement  had  taught  in  the  local  high  school.  Who'd  a  thought  it.  Tsk...

To  catch  him  or  put  a  stop  to  this  intense  and  hostile  problem,  you'll  need  to  tax  your  creative  abilities.  A  watch  dog  outside  in  your  yard  will  help  a  lot,  much  more  than  you  might  think.  The  dog  doesn't  even  have  to  be  mean,  either.  Just  one  of  those  that  will  bark  at  the  slightest  supicious  sound  or  movement.  That's  what  I  have...  as  a  matter  of  fact,  I  have  TWO  of  them.  They  do  a  great  job  and  keep  each  other  company.

  2. it was the mail man.

  3. Get a webcam and have it connected to your computer so you can watch from inside your house. Have it set so you can record and keep video of anyone you catch snooping.

You could also set little traps like a trip wire that would dump paint on someone's head. Stuff like that.

  4. Borrow a Pit Bull.  LOL

Very low cost, tie several tin cans to a string and tie it across some shrubs or trees so that when Mr. Peeping Tom comes around, he will trip over the string and the cans will make a racket.

Put a mirror in the window so that when he goes to peek in, he will see his own image.  That should scare the wits out of him.

Draw your curtains or blinds completely closed.  Don't give him any reason to continue peeking.

"Peepers" are usually not dangerous but extremely annoying and nerve racking.

    Good luck deterring the Creep.
