How do i change a photo that is a .TIFF file into a JPEG or GIF file?

i need to upload this picture but it wont let me, it says it needs to be gif or jpeg, any suggestions?

  1. A easy way to change your photos to jpeg files.

    Right click on photo click "save picture as" make sure jpeg is in the box at the bottom and click save, and the photo is automatically saved as jpeg.
