for a photo:

-make a yahoo 360 here: http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=ht...

-save the picture you want to use to your computer

-convert it to JPG if it isn't already

- go to your yahoo 360

- my page

- edit personal photos

-upload the photo

-click 'set as primary' on the one you want to use

- click 'save' to finish

now:

-go to your yahoo answers profile

-click edit my info

-then scroll down till you see the picture settings, click use my 360 photo

-click 'preview'

-click save

now you have your own picture

to create your avatar:

-go here to createyour avatar: http://avatars.yahoo.com/

- make your avatar

- save the changes

- go to your Yahoo! answers profile

-click 'edit my info'

-go down to the picture box... 'click use my yahoo! avatar'

-click preview

-click save

now you have an avatar :)

Hi there

In your 360 page in top where your picture shows you will see in blue letters: Edit personal photos

Click those letters, another panel will open, there you will see 4 little browsers, click on the browsers, your pictures folder will come up.

Choose the picture and click open in the pic folder. do the same with all the browsers, when you are done in the button of the page click save. yahoo will do the rest.

To remove the pictures, click back on edit personal photos, underneath each picture it will say in little blue letters remove picture, click on that, your little browser will re-appear.

When you delete the picture yahoo only removes the picture from the page , not from your pictures folder.
