How do i change key board settings

Question

when i press the shift key and the @ sign i get quotation marks so i have to use shift and No 2.How do i change this please.

Hello, it is easy, if you are using Window XP on your taskbar there should be a block : EN you will have to change it from UK Keyboard to US.

If you couldn't find it right click on the taskbar - Toolsbar - Language Bar (See if it is ticked) if not tick it. Then you should see the EN on the right after all your quick startups. Then click on the down arrow - settings, set the keyboard to US and ADD the US Keyboard as well.

go to ctrl pannel then reginal & language ----go to language----detials---setting ---default setting language-& set ENGLISH US----then apply--apply--ok
