In order to gain the baby version of your neopet, you must obtain the "Baby Paintbrush". This is through the means of either an EXTREMELY rare random event or you can buy it in the marketplace but it is very expensive!

ALTERNATIVELY, you can get all the pieces of the Secret Lab map and zap your pet with the ray but it's random. I got a Lutaruu not too long ago! :D

You have to buy the "baby paint brush"

you have to be rich in neopoints any purchase a baby paintbrush. If not then you can wish for one by stopping by a wishing well (if they still have it) it not easy nor cheap good luck

You have to earn money, up to 600,000neopoints and then you can buy a Baby Paintbrush.

When you have it go to your inventory and then use it on the pet of your choice.
