  1. You can't right now. I changed mine Friday. My old one is still here...


  2. There currently is a delay, when there usually is not. There is not anything really anyone can do except alert the Y/A staff and wait. See my past answer on this subject here:

    Hopefully, you're getting that message because they are trying to fix the issue.
