How do i change my avatar thing to be an actual picture?

Id like to use an actual picture, not a cartoon one, but i cant seem to figure it out?

Take a digital picture of whatever, pull out memory card and insert in PC tower slot. I have the Nero program in mine and it pops right up. It will automatically make a folder that you can name. Then close the program. It can now be found in your documents. Find where you can change your avatar and click "browse". Click on desired pic, save at the bottom of page and your done.

If you want a photo/picture as your avatar you need to make a yahoo 360 page. http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=ht...

click "my page" then "edit personal photo" then browse upload and save Set as primary. and save. go to your avatar choose your avatar>preview>OK. then go to yahoo>my profile>edit my info then click use my 360 picture>preview then OK.
