How do i change my background theme on yahoo 360?

how do i change my theme 360 into like an artists chris brown like not the ones they give how do i copy me my own one that i want

If you've NEVER WORKED with your custom theme before:

After logging into 360, click on the "My Page" link next to your "Home" link. Then, at the top under that line of links is the word "Theme: [name of whatever theme you currently have]." Click the "Change Theme" link that's directly under those words.

On the new page that comes up, there's a paragraph stating "Select a Theme - Change the look of your Yahoo! 360° page by picking a theme. Click "Apply Theme" to make the change." Directly under that click a link called "Customize Your Theme." A new "Customize Your Theme" window will pop up where you can insert .jpg images as well as customize colors.

If you HAVE WORKED with the custom theme window before:

Click the "Edit Custom Theme" link toward the top left of your "My Page."

If you want an image to fill the entire 360 space, start with an image at least 1024 pixels wide by 2100 pixels in height. Upload the image as a single  background image and choose to tile it. If you want many breaks, then use a smaller image or reduce the size of the one that you have in a photo editor. You'll have to play around with it a bit to get it right (lower resolution, cropping, and other size adjustments get it under 360 specifications) by using a photo editor like Microsoft Paint, which is on most Windows computers in the Accessories section.

As far as colors go, scroll down in the popup window, past the upload image part, to get to where you can change colors. I copy and paste color codes from this site - http://www.december.com/html/spec/color.... . It's just faster that way. You can also type the word - transparent - instead of a color code, so that your background shows through. OR you can just click on the little box next to the right of the item, move the color scroll bar up and down, then click around in the color square with your mouse (or click the transparent option).

Right-click on the image and choose "Save Image As" or something similar to save an image to your hard drive. You can also search http://photobucket.com .

REMEMBER: Your background picture must be JPEG formatted (.jpg, .jpeg, or .jpe as the extension) and under 250KB in file size.

TIP: If you are browsing public 360 pages and you see a theme that you like, click on "Make This Theme Mine" link to overwrite your theme with that one (located below the personal profile module on the Top Page - left side). This excludes pictures the person may have uploaded (i.e. custom images in the background).

On your 360 page:

➬Click My Page.

➬You can see:

Theme: Custom

Change Theme

Edit Custom Theme

➬Click Change theme.

➬Then, click the New: Customize you theme.

➬Background Image

➬Click "Browse"

to Upload the background and decide

where you'll position it on your page.

Your background picture must be

JPEG formatted (.jpg, .jpeg, or .jpe

as the extension) and under

5 Mb in file size.

Top Center

Scroll down to the middle

of the Customize my theme

box that comes up, you'll see:

Enter color hex value or click

square to choose color.

You can just type Transparent

(without the quotes), so the main

background isn't covered by the

boxes.

Or, click the white square to choose

your colors.

- go to MY PAGE

- click on CHANGE THEME

- under SELECT A THEME (green font color) click CUSTOMIZE YOUR THEME

- click on SINGLE BACKGROUND IMAGE so that there is a green dot in the bubble

- in the dropdown menu and choose wat you want

- after you finish choosing, click SAVE or Preview

- FINISHED!!
