How do i change my fan speed?

i have an antec ninehundred case and need to know how change the speed of the fans. there is supposed to be three speeds, but i dont know how to switch between them

By sticking something in it.

Hello From the Tech:

I have read the web on this item; from what I can see you must be able to control the fan with either a little toggle located near the fan or once built check the Bios of the mother board
