  1. you can't, you need a more comprehensive editing program like photoshop

  2. I really don't think you can do it in Picasa2. Atleast not that i know, and i have been using it for a while. I know where you can though. Go on photobucket and use their editing program, it's actually pretty good.

  3. I don't think you can. Here's what the FAQ of Picasa says:

"How can I change the color in my photos?

    Print

You can use the following tools to alter the color effects in your photos:

Color Temperature: This slider "warms up" or "cools down" the colors in a photo. Photos taken in incandescent light often appear too warm, and photos taken outdoors in sunlight may have a blue hue. Use this slider to fix both.

Neutral Color Picker: This eyedropper tool lets you set the correct white balance and remove color cast by clicking a neutral color in the photograph (such as a white wall or a white shirt).

Magic Contrast: This tool works like "Auto Contrast" but allows you to adjust the levels for precise control. Click the Magic Contrast wand for suggested contrast levels, and then drag the sliders to get the best-looking result."

What you need is software like "Photoshop" or "Paint Shop Pro". You could also use Gimp to do that: http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.h...

Send me your pic, I will give it a try.
