How do i change my industrial piercing?

Question

now its just a regular straight bar. but i want to buy this one. its 'wigglie?' how am i going to put this in? do i have to manuver it through the percing?

If your piercing is completely healed, you would insert that particular barbell like you would insert a roll of toilet paper on a toilet paper holder.  Put one end in, push it in as far as it can go until you hit the first 'wave', then insert the other end into the other side.  Then s***w on both barbells.  I hope this makes sense.

I'm guessing one of the little balls unscrew so you can pill it out.
