How do i change my ip address to another country ip?

There is a site were I used to watch some vids but now they banned all the ip adresses from my country and I whant to be abel to watch vids there again so I tried to change my ip adress but I dont know how to do it I tried but I didnt make anything corect so could someone tell me how I can change my ip adress to another country one?Thank you for reading this.

Get a free proxy like World Proxy 202 and it should work fine.

To accomplish this I would use a PROXY service.  One that I have used is TOR: http://www.torproject.org/
