How do i change my message alert on my j700 samsung mobile ohone?

i know that you can only use the message alerts that came with the phone . im looking for step by step instuctions in where i find my message alerts and how to change them.

Hiya Hammy! Select MENU on your handset,click onto SETTINGS and scroll down to TONES,then select OPTIONS to change the content from your gallery files!You can bluetooth ringtones to your handset,by getting them from your buddies!
