How do i change my myspace thing to where it shows my url and not my friend id?

you know how people can check your friends and comments by getting their friend id and putting it into theirs so they can see your friends and comments, i want it to not show my friend id and just have it set to actually have my url everyyy time someone on my friends list goes on it. pleasee helpp? :] thank youu.
