first go to your profile,then chick on edit my info

then it should be come out like this:http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit;_ylt...

then chick on Edit my Yahoo! avatar

then there is introduction tell you what to do

If you are wanting to use a personal pic

You have to have a 360 account

Go to your "MY Profile"

Click on "Edit my Info"

Click on "Use my Yahoo 360 Picture"

Follow the directions.
