How do i change my picture to jpg or something like that??

i made a picture in photoshop but the extension is psd how can i change it b/c i cant add it to photobucket or myspace! [CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ASAP PLEASE!!!!]

I think in Photoshop there is an option to save the picture as a different file type.  There is also a couple of programs: Ifranview and XnView, that do file conversions.

Load it back into Photoshop and then "save as" a jpg (jpeg) file.
